Our chapter seeks to maximize a member and her daughter’s potential to be confident role models by embracing “who you are”, which empowers their personal sense of purpose and allows them to be advocates for others.
The leadership development opportunities afforded to members through their experience provide foundational skills such as:
- Organizational management skills
- Parliamentary procedures
- Consensus building
- Budget building
- Meeting management skills
Members have opportunities to engage in experiences that build essential skills, such as confidence, consensus and team building, event planning, conflict resolution and parliamentary procedure. Activities of our Chapter include: a Mother Daughter Tea, chapter meetings with guest speakers and chapter wide philanthropic events.
